• Overnight on 24 March burglars gained entry to a room at the Oasis Motel and tooka duvet inner and blanket. • On Thursday police pursued a stolen vehicle for about 35 kilometres, finally stopping it on SH 49. The male driver, a gang member from the Wellington area, was arrested for driving offences and receiving a stolen car. His de facto, who was the passenger, was also charged with unlawfully getting into a stolen car. • On Friday a 20 year old man was arrested after cannabis plants and cannabis oil were found at an address he was at. The 24 year old occupant of the address was charged with allowing his premises to beused for cannabis offences.
