Generous endorsement
• May I, through your paper say thank yoii to the businesses in Ohakune and Raetihi which donated prizes for the Ruapehu Health & Fitness Centre, Nitelife Security: Trionman. It was wonderful to note from all the businesses approached only a handful saw fit not to sponsor a prize. I believe this is a wonderful endorsement of our community. The generosity of the above people enabled the organisers of the Trionman to ensure that not only the first placed competitors received a prize, but all competitors had their efforts rewarded. With a record number of entries this year, the majority being local athletes, it was great to see local businesses getting behind locals and local events. Thank you once again.
