Accounting for advertisement
' • I was surprised and disgusted to read the half page advertisement published in the Ruapehu Bulletin on 16 January last, referring to the sale of the accountancy practice operated by the late Miss Gladys Goldfinch. That such an insult should be offered to the Goldfinch family who, at this time, deeply mourn as we all do the loss of a loved and highly respected member of our community is beyond belief. They most certainly have shown themselves in their true colours by the inference that it is wrong to sell the practice to another accountant but right to sell it to them. I am sure that clients who have been so faithfully served for so many years by the late Miss Goldfinch are fully capable of making their own decisions in this matter and will share the disgust at this blatant display of such unprofessional behaviour.
