After three years in Waiouru Sue Ligtenberg has left her position as assistant manager of ihe Army Garrison Institute to become a full time mum in Burnham , Christchurch. David Hefferen, fresh back from over - seas, is the new man in the job. David says he wants to get into playing rugby and enjoys goif.
