Streets ahead
• Why doesn't someone appoint Lenny as our 'official street sweeper' — for reasons which are obvious to everyone? He does an excellent job, he obviously takes pride in his work, he enjoys what he does. I'm sure he would take pride in having his own broom and cart and all the extras that come with it. He's pleasant and polite to everyone passing. And yet another person would gain employment.
Street Smart,
Ohakune
The Bulletin welcomes letters to the editor. While nom de plumes are accepted, we prefer that a letter is published with the name of the writer. Letters should be typed, written on one side of the page only. Letters must be signed as well as having the writer's name written legibly, along with a street address and contact telephone number. The editor reserves the right to abridge or reject letters.
