SITUATION VACANT ENGINEERING CADET The Ruapehu District Council wishes to recruit an Engineering Cadet to work in the Engineering Consultancy Clnit. The position will be Dased in the Taumarunui office. The Cadet will be required to study towards a New Zealand Certificate of Engineering. Applications are invited from young people witn an interest in engineering or technology. I hey may be students who have at least a sixth form certificate or be a young person who left school a year or two ago and would like to continue to study whilst working. The successful applicant will be part ofan efficient and hardworking team dealing with all aspects of Council's operations. The Cadet will be fully trained and will work closely with an experienced mentor. Study time during working hours will be provided along with fees and books.
