According to Show secretary Bernice Frost the format of the Show will be similar to those of previous years but the committee is hoping to have a bullock team from Northland included in next year's programme. They are also hoping to see a return of Shardul the Clown who was very popular with the. children last year and other new attractions are still being sought. In preparation for the Show, buildings have already been painted and spmced up. At the Show's AGM the following officers were elected: Harry Brown (patron); Colin Allerby (president); Brian Chambers (vice president); Bemice Frost (secretary); Alison Barrett (treasurer).
