The facility is fitted out and equipped to provide light meals and sell confectionery and light refreshments. There is provision for additional cooking equipment to be provided by the successful tenderer. The shop would be open daily, including weekends, for a total of 40 hours per week. Extra hours for visiting sports teams and statutory holidays are negotiable. Lease conditions are available from the undersigned, with whom tenders close at 4pm on 10 November 1995.
