Careless use
Timothy James Moanaroa, 34, activities coordinator of Tauranga, was convicted and fined $200, court costs $95, when he entered a plea of guilty to a charge of careless use of a motor vehicle at Tangiwai on 16 July. A 2-month period of disqualification was imposed.
