Two charges
Fiona Elizabeth Evans, 21, potato surveyor of Rangataua, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol ( 1 029: 1 ) in Shannon Street, Ohakune, on 17 September. She also pleaded not guilty to a charge of careless use of a motor vehicle causing bodily injury on the same date and same place. She was remanded to appear for a defended hearing on 7 December.
