Necessary time has been given

In the last three years, June's council record certainly shows a greater participation than most other councillors. Of the 14 sub-committes and working parties, June chairs two and is a member of four others. Six committees plus community boards and full council is an awesome workload. June .works on the Hearings Committee, the Civil Defence Sub Committee, the Discussion Document Working Party, the Unformed Roads Working Party and the Marketing Sub Committee. She has also found time to attend Recycling and Waste Reduction Working Party and Area Health Working Parties North and South. She takes a keen interest in matters such as district libraries, public healls, reserves and gardens, and town promotion
