Gail and Christine work with parents and pre-school children, and will be attending the 6th International Early Childhood Convention in Auckland in September. Visiting teacher Tricia Rope, based in Ohakune, provides support to children, their families and school teachers. This position is funded jointly by REAP # SES (Special Education Service). Community education officer Elizabeth Mortland is based in Taihape. Eliz works with community groups and individuals and organizes/coordinates adult education in the region. Manager Marian Cleaver works two days per week at the REAP Centre. Receptionist Sylvia Robertson works at the REAP Centre 9am -3pm every weekday. Brian Wilson, Ohakune Police, is the new Chairperson of REAP, replacing Graham Parker who is leaving for Patea.
