On Sunday 31 men and women teed off in glorious condi tions at the Waimarino Golf Course to play , what was for most, a good relaxing social club day. Results: Ladies: 1 S Lind 40; 2 L Drinkwater 38; 3 E Goldfinch 37. Juniors: A Murdie Snr 39; 2 A Hinana 37; 3 J Whale 37. Seniors: 1 J Hammond 39; 2 A Condon 37; 3 M Lloyd 36. Sarah won the roarer' s mug. V Johns was in the clubhouse to claim the lucky number draw. The firewood raffle was drawn and the two winners were, Tom Mareikura andWayneWaara. Bar duty this week is C Heinold.
