Cold Kiwis on bikes
If you're into bikes of all dimensions and description then Waiouru is worth a look-in this weekend. 'Cold Kiwi' andtheMidwinter Rage are both on, promising to provide allround entertainment all weekend. Cold Kiwi, held at Six Cross on the Desert Road, notoriously attracts thousands of motorcyclists into the area for the event. The Mid-winter Rage has been run in Waiouru for three years now and last year attracted around 800 people.
