June's Tune On my regular visits to the three Waimarino towns I am Lmpressed by the air of industry and wellbeing. Are the business policies really so good or is it the Kiwi Host attitude? Judging by the number of Kiwi Host courses conducted, the customer service must be giving greater job satisfaction to everyone. Strategies used by retailers, tourist operators and residents all point to a growing number of people who want to give super service. Parking procedure and traffic safety measures are the latest community board concern. Some members felt it was a transport department concem but the majority opted for making Ohakune citizens and visitors road wise and courteous. The promotions people, the District Council and the Waimarino residents have a new improved image. Friendly cooperation and super service will keep the towns growing.
