Teacher training

I do admire people who can make critieism and sign their own name like is suggested by readers in last weeks paper, but I would rather protect my children from any possible backlash. I would like to ask the Primary School' s BoT why an untrained teacher is employed by the Primary School in a relieving capacity at the moment? To my knowledge there are trained teachers in the area who were not asked to relieve and it is my belief that our children have the right to have trained teachers where possible. All situations should be advertised, instead of keeping it in the family.
