CHATEAU WINS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT QUALITY AWARD
The Grand Chateau was honoured to receive the 1995 Business Quality Development Award for the King Country/Taupo region. The award recognises the commitment of businesses in applying the prineiples of total quality management, and the best practice in the pursuit of business excellence. General Manager Chris Griffin says the award is an "outstanding result for the hotel." He was also quick to praise all staff and management for their excellent effort in achieving the award.
