Real estate shop opens in Ohakune
The Challenge Realty group led by Terry Podmore opened "Ruapehu Realty" in the old AA premises on the corner of Clyde and Goldfinch Streets last Thursday. Challenge saies manager Alan Inglis has been operating in Ohakune from his home for the past twelve months and from Challenge' s viewpoint his success to date justifies the opening of
offices in Ohakune. Ruapehu Realty will offer full real estate and property management services to the Waimarino district. Terry has five years experience with Challenge Realty in Taumarunui and in Turangi managing holiday homes on behalf of their owners. He hopes to attract further clients, in the property management area, by the circulation of
fliers to every property owner in Ohakune. Being one of the two licensed realty letting agencies in Ohakune Ruapehu Realty "hopes tc provide a professional licensed property management opportunity that will help turn a building investment into future saies". Alan Inglis will be the saies manager with Dale Knapp acting as saies assistant until she
obtains her saies certificate, office manager will be Michelle Beavis and Terry Podmore as the i licensee, will handle the property management side of the business. Terry intends appointing a property manager at an opportune time and return to his role as overall manager of Challenge Realty Turangi, Taumarunui, and Ohakune.
