He said the council "now owns a viable business which is contributing significantly to its income". "The company is maintaining a competitive edge in the contract business with 80 per cent of its tumover coming from competitively priced contracts for both the Council and other principals — the balance of work being at negotiated prices with the council," said Mr Cosford.
