Lamb and cattle sale combines in Raetihi
Prices for lambs were reasonable at Raetihi last week considering the nation- wide situation - still low. Some prices saw $11.60 for wether lambs and as much as $14.25 and $22.80. Ewe lambs fetched $10.50, $15.25 and upwards of $19.20 to $27.40. A limited number of cattle were at hand with weaners fetching around $202 to $240. Fresian Hereford cross and Angus Hereford cross fetched $3 15 to $392.00.
