Complex idea

• I think having a single Ohakune complex sited at the old Turoa Information Centre would be a great asset and is just what is needed. The area is just the right position. I may add as the Turoa Information Centre it functioned very well, as I am in a position to know, and it did serve tourists and the public. You are well aware what the position here right now is for nothing. As a restaurant it was not doing anything for Ohakune. As Turoa Information Centre there was always excellent helpful staff and it was a hive of activity. So I am all for the go-ahead. It is an ideal position. Bush - river - camp ground, there is not another area of land so suitable. The carrot certainly has been and still continues to be a talking point for all who come to Ohakune, so could such a 'single Ohakune complex' looking ahead.

Ratepayer.
