All bag some in Easter hunt

Each year the Easter Hunt attracts a great crowd and this year was no exception with good weather being a contributing factor to a fantastic turnout. The four-day event began on Easter Friday and the finish time was 3pm on Monday. Winstone Pulp International sponsored the event which has both a children' s and an adults' section. "Although everyone caught something numbers were down on other years", said Tom Spry the main organiser of the event, "but the keeness was just as great as ever". While the final weights and measures were being sorted out, the crowd flocked to spur on the pig carrying event which is always popular. There was one woman entrant, so she was awarded a prize and the organisers will be looking at inviting women participation for next year.
