/ ((s^ — "-v\\ \ SPECIAL ORDER: RUAPEHU DISTRICT ROADING LOAN 1995 - $1,000,000 Public notice is hereby given that at its meeting held on 24 February 1995 the Council resolved by way of Special Order pursuant to Section 7 1 6B of the Local GovernmentAct 1974 and the Local Authorities LoansAct 1956 to raise the above loan. The Special Order will be submitted for a confirming resolution at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Huia Street, Taumarunui on Friday 3 1 March 1 995 commencing at II. 00am. The purport of the Special Order resolution is to raise and make provision for repayment of the loan which is for the upgrading of the Raetihi-Pipiriki Road to accommodate logging traffic. CLOSURE OF STREETSTO ORDINARY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Roaa Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that for the purpose of Mainstreet Ohakune holding a Carnival of Wheels, the following streets will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder. During the periods of closure provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic whicn would otherwise use these streets. Roads Affected and Hours Closed 1.
