Tank accident report
A report on the cause of last July's Scorpion tank accident in Waiouru, was released last week. The report said that the Scorpion flipped because of excessi ve speed and the vehicle
then caught fire because of a loose petrol cap. The crew commander of the vehicle was killed in the accident and the driver received severe burns.
