Alf Proffitt
I wish to make contact with any person living in Raetihi who knew, or had anything to do with, Alfred Proffitt. He li ved in Raetihi for several years prior to his death in 1 97 1 . Alf, as he was known by family, was the caretaker of the camping ground and swimming pool (when, unknown), and latterly a meter reader. I would appreciate any further information about Alf s time in Raetihi which is required for family history purposes.
