SPECIAL ORDER: RUAPEHU DISTRICT ROADING LOAN 1994 Public notice is hereby given that at its meeting held on 16 December 1994 the Council resolved by way of Special Order pursuant to Section 7I6B of the Local GovernmentAct 1974 to raise the above loan. The Special Order will be submitted for a confirming resolution at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Huia Street, Taumarunui on Friday 24 February 1995 commencing at II. 00am.
