Waiouru RSA darts

Tuesday 17 January 1995 was the start of a new season of darts with an excellent turn out of 16 players. 301, double start, double finish was the order of the evening. Some surprises, (high scores) some disappointments, (low scores) and lots of laughs were had. Winners for the evening: The overall winning team was Luana and Keran; High start was shared by Russ and Lance with 120. High score female was Jilligans with 6 short of 180. High score male went to Lance with 140. High finish was won by Pat with a great score of 92. The wooden spoon was earned by Russ and Jilligan who were 'Down Trou'ed' twice. Tuesday 25 January: 20 players made up an interesting night of 301 pairs (flying start, double finish). After some very close games, the winning team overall was Olene and Popey. High score was shared by Patricia and Alan with 140 each. High finish for the ladies went to Luana, 8 1 , and high finish for the men was won by Brian, 136. A play-off for the wooden spoon between Teresa (who scored nil from three darts) and Popey (who scored three from three darts twice) was won by Teresa.
