BEING of no slight build and determined character, it took orders from council chief executive Cliff Houston and mayor Garrick Workman to get marketing manager Bruce Rollinson properly chained and handcuffed to a public post last Friday as tradition dictates. His crime? Agreeing to marry Stephanie Biddy, company representative for Ravensdown Fertiliser, now also living in Ohakune. The couple are to marry this Friday.
