Turoa Tumblers

The competitive squad year for 1994 came to an end on 10 December with a display and cup presentation. Although it was a more quiet year competitively the girls all tried very hard and some improvement was made. Thanks were expressed to Nola Marsh, Terrill Nation, Trudy Nation, Terina and Caroline Abbott for their efforts. Individual cups were given out to Nolana Marsh best on uneven bars, Rebecca Lind best on beam and 5 th rotation, Fiona Lynch best on floor, and Krystal Abbott best on vault. Most promising female gymnast Cassie Nation and most improved female gymnast Jackie Laurenson. Club awards went to Terina & Caroline Abbott for service to the club, Trudy Nation club spirit and support. Special awards were presented to Laureen and Warwick Hays for their efforts for the club over the past years. Thanks also went to all the girls and support from Nola and Terrill.
