Two assault charges
George Ashwood Pekamu, 27, unemployed of Ohakune, pleaded not guilty to two charges of assaulting Caroline Pui first on 23 October and then again on 10 December. He was remanded to appear on 27 January to ascertain if he qualifies for legal aid.
