Pony club
The Waimarino Pony Club held their annual Gymkhana day at Warrens farm on Saturday 3 December. Twenty-two children took part in fine weather. A variety of events were completed by all during the morning session and then the older children continued with jumping events while the younger members played games. Results: Barebackrideroverall Kushla Edgarton; Rider over jumps 1 2yrsand underCameron Morris; Team on flat and team overall H Brausch, S Gotlieb, K Richards, V Duigan; Team over jumps V Morris, K Edgarton, C Morris, AGaeland; Pointsprizes - 1 0yrs and under Jillian Bennett; 11-13yrs Cameron Morris and Claire Hyland; 14yrs and over Kushla Edgarton. The Waimarino Rosette was won by the Raetihi Branch.
