District Court clarification
Last week's court report covered a case involving Darrin Sakey, known as Darrin Henare. While the Bulletin believes the report was correct according to the information given by the Court, clarification of the report may be useful to some readers. At the time of the report Mr Henare (Sakey) had been charged with the offences as reported but not yet tried. Therefore readers should infer that Mr Henare' s involvement in the offences is at this stage only alleged to have occurred.
