Pups dumped

A Bulletin reader was disgusted to find three live pups tied up in a yellow plastic shopping bag at the Raetihi dump recently. He said he took the animals to the dog ranger for some care and attention but also in the hope that the perpetrators of the abandoning could be found. The pups were about 5-6 weeks old.
