Waiouru Primary School is in the middle of fundraising for a gener.al upgrade of all outdoor equipment and as part of the fundraising a special family portrait offer has been made available. A school spokesperson said that families can have a framed family photo worth $60 for just $10. The photos are 10 inches by 13 inches. Half of the money from the photos goes directly to the school and will be used to upgrade the outdoor areas. About 30 orders have been received so far. For the scheme to go ahead 50 orders are needed. The photos are to be taken this weekend so it is important to get orders in as soon as possible, said the spokesperson. Parents don't have to have children at the school to take advantage of the offer. The only stipulation is that it must be a family portrait. Individual or childrenonly photos cannot be done for this special price, said the spokesperson.
