Lotto winner - from the other side of the counter
McLean's Bookshop in Raetihi was one of 47 finalists out of 620 Lotto shops in the country in this year's quest to find the best. The competition is judged on promotions, shop decor and advertising and was judged this year by the general manager of Kirkaldie & Stains, the owner of the Bodyshop chain and the president of the Merchant and Retailers' Association. Neil and Margaret McLean travelled to Wellington to the Plaza Hotel for the presentation of the awards last Thursday.
