Special Order: Ruapehu District Works Loan 1994 -$3,364,000 Public notice is hereby given that at its meeting held on 19 August 1994 the Council resolved by way of Special Order pursuant to Section 71 6B of the Local Government Act 1974 to raise the above loan. The special Order will be submitted for a confirming resolution at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Huia Street, Taumarunui on Friday 30 September 1994 commencing at 1 1am.
