Next visit 6 October For appointments contact Prices Pharmacy 3854 314 PUBLIC NOTICE Section 18 (3), Sale of Liquor Act 1989 POWDERHORN LEISURE LTD, a duly incorporated Company having its registered office at Ohakune, has made application to the Ruapehu District Licensing Agency at Taumarunui for the renewal o'f the ON LICENCE in respect of the premises situated at the corner of Thames Street and Mangawhero Terrace, Ohakune and known as the Powderkeg Inn. The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is restaurant bar and hotel. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is sold under the licence are: (i) at any time on any day to any person who is for the time being living on the premises, whether as a lodger or an employee of the licensee or otherwise; (ii) Mondays to Saturdays inclusive between 7.00am and 3.00am on the following day to any other person who is present on the premises; (iii) on Sundays, Good Friday and Christmas Day between 7.00am and 3,00am on the following day to any person who is present on the premises for the purpose of dining. A change to the conditions of the licence is sought by redefinition of the premises to which the licence relates. Plans of the redefined premises have been filed with the Licensing Authority. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Ruapehu District Council, Manuaute Street Taumarunui. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of the application may, no later than 1 0 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Agency C/- Ruapehu District Council at Manuaute Street, Private bag Taumarunui. This is the first publication of this notice.
