PUBLIC I PUBLIC NOTICE Section 18 (3), Sale of Liquor Act 1 989 ABRAHAM JOHN HEPI, HOTELIER OF MAIN ROAD WAIOURU has made application to the Ruapehu District Licensing Agency at Taumarunui for the grant of an ON LICENCE in respect of the premises situated at Main Road Waiouru and known as OASIS HOTEL/MOTELS. The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is Hotel. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is sold under the licence are: 7.00am to 3.00am the following day, Monday to Saturday, and Sunday 7.00am to 3.00am the following day for the purpose of dining. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Ruapehu District Council, Manuaute Street Taumarunui. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of the application may, no later than 1 0 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Agency C /- Ruapehu District Council at Manuaute Street, Private bag Taumarunui. This is the first publication of this notice.
