Golf theft
The Waiouru Golf Club implement shed was recently broken into and a Murray ride-on lawnmower worth $3500 was stolen. A weed-eater was also taken. The burglary happened sometime between 20 and 28 August and Waiouru police are eager to hear from anyone who may have noted anything suspicious. They can be contacted on (06)3 87 6884 or 025 442 678.
