Junior skiers race
Junior Ski racers from all over the North Island met at Turoa Ski Resort on Saturday September 3 in near perfect racing conditions. With almost 100 racers ranging in age from 1 4 years to the youngest competitor age 6 years, this was their chance to show their form. The race course was set on Yahoo ski run with the snow in excellent condition due to light snow and cold temperatures over night. Junior skiers race From Page 8 ing recorded. After a break the 2nd run in the aftemoon was set by Jim Davis of Whakapapa Race Team and the racers enjoyed fast times in the superb racing conditions.
