Steady at the creche
The Creche facility at the Top O' the Bruce is going from strength to strength. In the hands of full-time supervisors, Libby Avery and Melissa Parfitt, the three-year old facility is finally coming into its own with a steady flow of youngsters so far this season. The pair, assisted by two to three RAL caregivers, offer a full childcare service for up to 30 children between 8.30am and 4.15 pm seven days a week. The Creche will take children under two if they are accompanied by a caregiver. The Creche has been well patronised this season with between 23 to 25 children booked daily during the school holidays. Parents are advised to book to avoid disappointment. The emphasis is on fun with weekly themes and a full range of activities including videos, art and craft, games and singing. The Creche also has toboggans and tyres for supervised outdoor fun on nice days. Lunches are great too. In fact the main problem this season is that the children are having so much fun they don't want to go home.
