• A 36-year old Raetihi man was arrested on Friday 1 July, for an assault on a female, He will appear in the Ohakune District Court on Thursday 14 July. • A 33-year old Raetihi man was arrested by Waimarino Police on Saturday 2 July, on a charge of assault on a female. He will also appear in the Ohakune District Court on Thursday 14 July. • A Raetihi youth was arrested on Friday 1 July for burglary and breach of bail conditions. She was held in custody at the Wanganui Police Station and appeared in the Wanganui District Court yesterday (Monday). • Three pairs of boots were taken from the porch of a Rangataua Road, Ohakune, residence sometime on Sunday 26 June. • Overnight Thursday 30 June the Waimarino Youth and Fitness Trust, Raetihi, was entered. Stolen were a number of weight-lifting items. • Overnight Friday 1 July an attempted burglary was made on McLean's Bookshop, Seddon St, Raetihi. Offenders attempted to enter by busting through a back wall. Nothing was taken. • A house in King St, Raetihi, was trashed by four juveniles at around 1pm on Friday 1 July. The four offenders were apprehended and dealt with by Police.
