Two charges of assault
Clinton Bishop, 29, unemployed, pleaded guilty to one charge of common assault and not guilty to a charge of assaulting a female on 3 April. On the charge of common assault he was convicted and sentenced to 80 hours community service. On the charge of assaulting a female he was remanded to appear for a defended hearing on 1 1 August.
