Hut Flat 12noon; Lion Ice - Prawns on Piste. Knoll Ridge Chalet 1 2 noon; Toss the ski boot. Top o' the Valley T-Bar; Lion Ice Apres Ski Party. Laugh until you're blue 7.309.30pm. Lorenz's Bar and Cafe. Top o' the Bruce. Sunday 10 July: Champernay Champagne Celebration. Top o' the Bruce Plaza; Snow Golf. Delta Corner 12noon; Lorenz's BAr and Cafe. Jazz 7-9pm. Lorenz's Cafe opens at 7.30am. Lorenz's Bar and Cafe is open from 1 1am to 10pm daily. Also catch the Lion Ice Magician around the mountain and in Lorenz's Bar and Cafe throughout Winterfest. NB. All events are, of course, weather dependent, and may be postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
