The first publication was on 7 June 1994. Section 9, Sale of Liquor Act 1989 Donald R and Suzanne C Allomesof Rangataua, managers, have made application to the District Licensing Agency at Taumarunui for the grant of an On-Licence in respect of the premises situated at the corner of Piwari Street and State Highway 49, Rangataua known as Ruapehu Homestead. The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is a restaurant/tourist house. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is sold under the licence are: Seven days a week, 24 hous per day to any person who is for the time being living on the premises; Seven days a week, from 7am to 3am to any person who is present on the premises for the purposes of dining; Monday to Saturday, from 1 1 am to 9pm to any person who is present on the premises. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Taumarunui District Licensing Agency at Manuaute Street Taumarunui.
