Loneliness with an 'e'
I would like to thank the Bulletin for inadvertently assisting me in quelling the dark stretch of loneliness I am currently suffering. Since publishing my name as "Simone" in the 3 1 May edition of your erudite publication I have been swamped with calls. Indeed a multitude of resourceful local stags have been phoning the station inquiring as to my marital status and whether or not I would be available for a quick pint and a steak and cheese pie at the local. While the attention is flattering, (and sayS a great deal for the local singles market) I feel it is in keeping with my personal policy of full disclosure to inform both you, and the greater Waimarino area, that my name is in fact Simon Pope. The cheque is in the mail.
