DRAFT ANNUAL PLAN Under provisions of Section 223 D of the Local Government Act 1974 the Council is required to prepare an annual plan which sets out for the 1994/95 financial year the intended policies and objectives of the Council. The plan also contains information about the money that will be spent and where the money comes from. Copies of the Draft Annual Plan are available for inspection at the offices of the Ruapehu District Council in Huia Street and Manuaute Street, Taumarunui, Miro Street, Ohakune and Seddon Street, Raetihi. In addition they are also available at public and community libraries in Ohura, Taumarunui, Ohakune, Raetihi and Waiouru. Interested citizens and organisations have until 4.00pm on Friday 24 June 1994 to make written submissions on any aspect of the Plan. Anyone making a submission is asked to indicate whether or not the person or organisation making the submission wishes to appear before the Council.
