The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licenee is an Accommodation Lodge. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is sold under the licence are on any Sunday or on Good Friday or Christmas Day between 1 0.00 am and 2.00 am the following day to any person who is for the time being living on the premises whether as a Lodger or an Employee of the Licensee or otherwise or any person who is present on the premises for the purpose of dining and on any other day at any time to any person who is for the time being living on the premises whether as a Lodger or as an Employee of the Licensee or otherwise and to any person who is present on the premises Monday to Saturday from 1 1 .30 am to 2. am the following day. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Taumarunui District Licensing Agency at Manuaute Street Taumarunui. Any person who is entitled to object and who wished to object to the grant for the application may, no later than 10 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Agency C/- Ruapehu District Council at Manuaute Street, Private bag Taumarunui. This is the first publication of this notice.
