TRANSPORT (VEHICULAR ROAD TRAFFIC CLOSURE) REGULATIONS 1 965 Closure of Roads to Ordinary Vehicular Traffic Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations I965, notice is hereby given that for the purpose of the Wellington Car Club holding a club rally, the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder. During the periods of closure emergency traffic will be let th rough as soon as possible. Date of Closure: Saturday 9 April I994.
