The Waimarino looks likely to feature on the homegrown television series 'Heartland' next month, if the Raetihi Promotions Group has their way. Spokesperson for the organisation, Anne Boyd, said they wrote to Larry Parr, a former 'local boy' and director of the show, and 'Heartland' frontman Gary McCormick, earlier in the vear.
